Keith Hamilton was first elected to the office of Clerk of Court in 2005. Prior to that he was the County Manager for Montgomery County. He is a member of the Republican Party. Keith received a BSA degree from the University of Georgia in 1972. He is a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Baptist Church in Kibbee and lives on the family farm.
 
Keith manages the Superior Court and the Juvenile Courts.
